Five Course Wine Dinner – Menu:

• Salmon Tartare with Grilled Corn, Jalapeño, and Avocado Salsa with Crispy Tortilla Strips
• Roasted Red Pepper and Bacon Agnolotti in Brown Butter Thyme Sauce with Toasted Pine Nuts 
• Chicken Cream and Mushroom Crèpe with an Aromatic Quinoa Pilaf
• Grilled Rosemary Leg of Lamb au Jus with Roasted Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes and Confit Tomatoes
• Apricot Almond Tart with Marsala Sabayon

About:

One of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead, guests sit down, meet our chef(s) and sommelier, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course, our head chef will talk about the food, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage.
