Five Course Wine Dinner – Menu:

• Watermelon Crab Salad
• Cacio E Pepe with Handmade Fettuccine
• Pan Seared Chicken Thighs Gumbo Style with Louisiana Rice Pilaf
• Garlic and Rosemary Crusted Rack of Lamb with Mint Jus and Tepary Bean Ragout
• White Chocolate Cheesecake with Orange Sauce

About:

One of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead, guests sit down, meet our chef(s) and sommelier, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course, our head chef will talk about the food, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage.
