Five Course Wine Dinner – Menu:

• Caprese Tart with Pesto and Honey Balsamic Drizzle
• Squid Ink Risotto with Shrimp and Spanish Chorizo
• Chicken and Mushroom Cream Sauce Crepe with Toasted Quinoa Pilaf
• Beef Bulgogi with Stir-fried Sweet Potato Glass Noodles and Vegetables (Japchae)
• Gourmet Kit Kat Bar with Raspberry Coulis

About:

One of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead, guests sit down, meet our chef(s) and sommelier, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course, our head chef will talk about the food, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage.
