The largest freestanding timber structure in the entire state of New York, The Lodge features floor-to-ceiling windows and a deck with stunning views of a private pond and the surrounding landscape. It’s a spectacular setting to enjoy and learn about a special seasonal menu and unique, small production wines selected by Sommelier Alison Ferretti of Vine & Voyage.
Join us by the fire for welcome bubbles and light bites at 6:00 pm, dinner will begin at 6:45 pm.
Seating is at communal tables of eight. Tickets purchased together will be seated together. Please include any seating requests during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. Please list any allergies or dietary restrictions during the checkout process.
Alison Ferretti is a Certified Sommelier living in Skaneateles, New York. As a wine educator, she loves helping clients discover new wines and sharing the unique stories behind them. Alison launched Vine & Voyage to share her passion for wine through curated experiences that are fun and approachable.
The menu was created by Woodbine Hospitality Executive Chef Walter Dunphy, in collaboration with Executive Chef for The Lodge, Brian Jones. The Lodge was recently acquired by Woodbine Hospitality and will offer guests of the company’s forthcoming Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa a seamless option for special events.
