Local Event
You are invited to join us at our Holiday Fireside Feast at Hardwick Winery, a 5 course wine dinner in our 1795 Federal style mansion. Enjoy a tour and learn the history of the mansion with Hardwick Winery owner John Samek, followed by a candlelit, fireside 5 course wine dinner prepared by Chef Peter Ryzewski, led by Sommelier and Wine Educator Missa Capozzo.
The menu:
- Course 1: Grazing table of assorted apps and cheeses with Giles E. Warner wine
- Course 2: Burratta with cranberry, pomegranate, pistachio and savory toasts paired with Massetts Cranberry wine
- Course 3: Vegetable tart with seasonal vegetables and bechamel on puff pastry paired with Reservoir Rose' wine
- Course 4: Duck Confit with a Cherry Demi Glace over wild rice paired with the Dana Black Cherry Wine
- Course 5: Pumpkin Pie Cobbler paired with Hot Pioneer Pumpkin Mulled wine
This is an intimate event with a maximum of 20 guests. We will be dining in the 1700’s Federal style mansion, which is strictly heated by five fireplaces. Please dress warmly and enjoy this wonderful experience to the fullest. Entry to this event is at the door of the mansion (the white building at the front of the property).
This event starts promptly at 6:00. This is a 21+ event.
