Pork belly and loin wrapped with apples, onions, herbs grilled on open fire served with Utica style beans and greens, pamesan and red chilis.

Stuffed acorn squash, wild rice, cranberries, shallots, maple butter and sage.

Bourbon apple cider bread pudding with burnt caramel, crème anglaise and whipped cream.
