Ready for an unforgettable evening of wine and food? This **January**, we're bringing you a **one-of-a-kind experience** at **Juliet Italian Kitchen**! We're teaming up with **Barton Springs Winery** and **Fess Parker Winery** for a special series of wine events that you won't want to miss.

We're thrilled to welcome **Liz Cooper**, Sommelier & National Sales Director for **Fess Parker Winery**. Liz will be with us at both of our **Austin locations**, guiding you through an evening of **amazing wine pairings** and **delicious food**. Each location will feature two completely different menus, but the same **exclusive wines** from Fess Parker – so it's going to be an exciting experience no matter which one you choose!
And as an added treat, we'll be featuring **Cellar Selections by the Glass** – rare **Single Vineyard** and **Clone Selections** that you won't find anywhere else. It's a special opportunity to taste these limited wines!

Monday, January 27th**
Here's what's in store for the evening:
Greeter Wine (6:30 PM)**: Start the evening with a refreshing **Grenache Rosé**.
1st Course (7:00 PM)**: We'll pair this with the crisp and vibrant **Epiphany Grenache Blanc**.
2nd Course**: Enjoy the bold and balanced **Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir**.
3rd Course**: Savor the rich flavors of **Fess Parker "The Big Easy"**.
4th Course (Dessert)**: Finish off with a sweet pairing of **Fess Parker Riesling**.
Time: 6:30 PM – Greeter, Dinner starts at 7:00 PM
