We're excited to welcome Liz Cooper, Sommelier & National Sales Director for Fess Parker Winery, who will guide you through a delicious, unforgettable evening. She'll share her wine expertise and tell the stories behind each selection as we pair them with delicious courses created by our chefs.
As a special treat, we'll also be offering Cellar Selections by the Glass, featuring rare Single Vineyard and Clone Selections that you won't find anywhere else. It's a chance to taste something truly unique!
Wine Dinner at Arboretum – Tuesday, January 28th
Here's what you can look forward to:
Greeter Wine (6:30 PM): Kick off the evening with a refreshing Grenache Rosé.
1st Course (7:00 PM): Paired with the crisp and vibrant Epiphany Grenache Blanc.
2nd Course: Delight in the bold and balanced Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir.
3rd Course: Savor the rich and complex Fess Parker "The Big Easy".
4th Course (Dessert): End the night with a sweet pairing of Fess Parker Riesling.
