We’re inviting a few of our favorite ranchers, farmers and cheesemongers to join our Winemakers for an epic evening celebrating the bounty of the Central Coast! Each dinner course will be inspired by a local ingredient and paired with our wines. You’ll hear the story of each producer, and Executive Chef Brendan Collins will create a fresh, creative dish to complement it. One course will also be inspired by the seasonal bounty of our own Chef’s Garden!

This dinner will include outdoor, communal seating and a family-style dinner. June weather can vary in Paso Robles, so we do recommend wearing layers and bringing a jacket for later in the evening. Tickets are $225 for the public and $195 for Wine Club Members and include food, wine and tip (tax will be applied).
