Come celebrate the official start of Fall and learn about harvest festivals in Slavic countries!

Experience food and wine from the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia and more. See how cabbage rolls (sarma, halupki, golumki) are made, learn the history of brynza (sheep cheese), the origins of Moravian Czech wines, kielbasa from Poland, and povitica and Slavic pastries. Plus, you can learn about who in the local culinary scene is keeping traditions alive in Kansas City.
