We are very excited to announce our next wine dinner at our Del Mar location, Stratford Court Cafe! For our October offering, we're very excited to announce a fantastic line up of wines focused around Fall, celebrating all things harvest! Chef Erin will present an eclectic variety of selections from various wine regions, including Paso Robles, Napa Valley, Sonoma, Santa Barbara AND Washington State. The common theme for these wines is that they are all perfect for the Fall and the upcoming holidays! Each wine will be paired with its own harvest themed dinner course. You won’t want to miss this latest autumn menu, which only occurs 1-2 times each year. Chef Erin will also walk attendees through a dynamic conversation of wine, food, terroir and winery highlights. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights.
Please note, this will be an outdoor event, thought heaters will be in place, a light sweater or jacket is recommended.
Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
