We're making an array of Fall favorites, including a warm squash and Gruyere gallette, cider-braised pork, bitter greens salad with pear!

Fall Flavors with Laura Weinman 6:30 p.m.-9 p.m., $100 per person. BYO beverages.
This autumn-inspired class, with Chef Laura Weinman, will introduce new salads, sides, sauces and main dishes into your fall repertoire! Join us as we have a little lesson about knife skills, stock-making, and braising, while we make a cozy supper together featuring the beautiful fall bounty from local farms. Naturally, we will sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labors.

Fall Dinner Menu

-Roasted Squash, Caramelized Onion and Gruyere Galette

-Warm Bitter Greens and Herb Salad with Prosciutto, Pine Nuts and Roasted Pears

-Cider-Braised Pork Tenderloin with Garlic, Apples and Sage

-Pumpkin Streusel Cake with Pecans and Maple Cream
