VINIA Wine & Kitchen, the quaint restaurant and wine bar in Winter Park, Florida has become a popular dining destination since it opened in 2018. Food and wine are a passion of owners, husband and wife team, Fabio Perricelli and Paula Gamba. They carefully source ingredients locally and from regions around the world to highlight their Italian and Brazilian heritage on their European menu and boutique wine list.
“Fabio’s Table” is a multi-course wine pairing dinner experience hosted by Fabio. Unlike traditional chef’s tables and wine dinners, you are seated at their own private table with a choice from set seating times. Fabio engages each table sharing tasting notes and interesting anecdotes as he would with guests in his own home.
December’s Fabio's Table features the return of our popular “European Holiday Traditions”.
The menu offers an elevated dining experience inspired by traditional dishes enjoyed around the table during holiday celebrations in European Countries. Dishes that we have enjoyed with our families for years!
You have a choice of Traditional or Plant-Based prix fixe menu, giving food and wine enthusiasts of many dietary preferences the opportunity to enjoy this fine dining experience. Menu must be reserved at time of booking reservation.
