Be one of the few that will have the opportunity to sample 5 Private Barrel Selections ... all finished in secondary spirits casks ... and led by the National Director of Product Development for High West, Tara Lindley. As if that wasn't enough, we will finish the tasting with Midwinter Nights Dram, Act 11!

The Private Barrels we will be tasting, will include:

• Oloroso Sherry Cask Finished
• Rum Cask Finished
• Manhattan Barrel Finished
• Madeira Wine Cask Finished
• Cacao Nibs (only 2 barrels produced)

Our Executive Bourbon Steward Andy Upchurch, will also join Tara, along with Constellation Brand's Kyle Markham.

We will also be providing a selection of small plate delicacies, to pair with our pours for the evening as well as pours for purchase of the very limited "Prisoners Share" from High West...and a few other private barrel selections.

Given the limited quantities of these whiskies, seating will be limited. Make sure to grab your ticket, as we do expect a sell out! Advanced tickets are only $75, and are required...walk-ins cannot be accomodated. These pours, priced individually, would be well over $100 not including food.
