Elisa Borelli and Carlotta Addante, both WSET 3 Sommeliers and respectively from Modena (Emilia) and Ravenna (Romagna) will delight you with stories about this fabolous region while guiding you through a regional wine tasting. Wine will be perfectly paired with delicious dishes created by Chef Michele Borelli.
