This hands- on baking class is perfect for anyone who loves to create beautiful and delicious desserts. You will learn how to make petit fours, delicate bite-sized cakes that are perfect for special occasions. You will also make marzipan, a sweet almond paste that can be used for decorating cakes and pastries. The class will also cover making raspberry jam, that can be used for a filling. Finally, the class will make apricot and almond galettes, a rustic and elegant dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The Chef will guide you through the entire process making it a fun and interactive way to learn new baking skills.
