Expand your repertoire by learning to make these meatless dishes that feature a variety of vegetables. Working with a small team in our kitchen, you'll explore the little flourishes that make a recipe truly memorable as you replace meat in a traditional Reuben sandwich with oven-roasted beets; discover how baking the cheese in a Greek salad adds a whole new dimension; and create a savory tart that is as beautiful to look at as it is to eat.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
