Get ready to celebrate one of Italy’s most beloved treasures: pasta! This month, we’re launching our first-ever line of Eataly pasta. Made with 100% heirloom Italian wheat and mountain spring water, our pasta is bronze-dye extruded for an ideal textured surface. From Bucatini to Rigatoni, each shape is slow-dried to perfectly preserve the authentic flavors of Italy.
In this unique experience, you will stop in our cooking school, La Scuola where you will watch how to make the iconic pasta dish, Pesto Genovese, through a cooking demonstration led by our Chef of La Scuola featuring Eataly's new dry pasta line. After, Eataly's Brand Ambassador will take you on marketplace tour to learn more about Eataly and how to make this delicious dish at home. This classic features Eataly Linguina, Garlic, Basil, Pine Nuts and Parmigianno Reggiano.
