Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa will celebrate Easter with a festive brunch buffet and family-friendly activities. The event features an Easter egg hunt on the resort’s lawn, special holiday gift baskets, and a visit from the Easter Bunny for memorable photo opportunities. Live music from Texas Hill Country favorites will enhance the celebration. Executive Chef Brian Osborne and his culinary team will showcase a Texas-inspired menu, complemented by the resort’s award-winning wines and craft beers. The buffet will include a Pork Tenderloin Action Station, Carved Beef Tenderloin, Beef Smoked Sausage, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, and Pancakes. A Raw Bar will offer shrimp and oysters, while additional offerings include Seared Salmon with lemon parmesan risotto, a fresh fruit display, and assorted breakfast pastries.
