What to expect:

• Upon entrance, you will be greeted with a welcome glass and already prepared meats and cheeses!
• First course: Fresh spinach salad with citrus vinaigrette. Paired with 2020 ROUSANNE!
• Second course: orchetta pasta with shrimp and sundried tomato. Paired with 2020 CHARDONNAY!
• Third course: mushroom risotto. Paired with 2020 MOURVEDRE!
• Fourth course palate cleanser: grilled fennel paired with 2020 VIOGNIER!
• Fifth course: choice of braised short rib or duck crostini. Paired with 2020 SYRAH!
• Sixth course: filet mignon and vegetables. Paired with CABERNET SAUVIGNON!
