This Gin Dinner is a three course meal paired with three cocktails made using three different expressions of Drumshanbo's line of gins.
1st Course
Salad of Endive and Orange
- Spritz Style Aperitif using Drumshanbo California Orange, Blood Orange, Seville Orange, and Bergmot Orange.
2nd Course
Duck a l'orange with Irish Potato Cake
-Gin Sour style cocktail Using Drumshanbo Sardinian Citrus Rosmary, Grapefruit, and Pink Peppercorn
3rd Course
Chinese 5 spice Irish Sea Moss Pudding
- Hot Toddy style cocktail using Drumshanbo Gunpowder and Chines 5 spice
Each course will come with a sample of each gin, plus a bonus welcome sample of Drumshanbo's latest release, Brazillian Pineapple.
