William Fèvre is the majority owner of Grand Cru vineyards in Chablis, owning approximately 15% of the appellation. The estate's beginnings date back to 1959 when William Fèvre declared his first crop. Descending from a winemaking family who have lived in Chablis for over two centuries, the estate originally began with seven hectares. Today the estate has 51 hectares, situated on steep rocky slopes with the unique kimméridgien soil. The passion of the Domaine William Fèvre expresses the authenticity of the terroir of Chablis, and showcases a deep respect for traditions and nature.
