In 1968, Burgundy saw the birth of a domaine that quickly became iconic. When Jacques Seysses created Domaine Dujac, his inspiration came from the greatest Burgundy producers he had the opportunity to meet and learn from. Among these legends, Gérard Potel of Domaine de la Pousse d'Or significantly influenced Jacques, a devotee of whole-cluster fermentation. A gradual transition to his two sons and the wife of his eldest began in 1998. Since then, the domaine not only retained its remarkable status but gained even more accolades. This dinner is an ode to one of the Grands Crus Dujac has been crafting since its inception: Clos Saint-Denis. The domaine's plot, just over one hectare, is a benchmark in all of Burgundy for both aging potential and class.
