Executive Chef Ethan Brown has crafted a drool worthy menu with his favorite dishes from ceviche to swordfish and quail followed by decadent strawberry rhubarb - all paired to perfection with brews from Eppig Brewery.
Eppig Brewery is an award-winning craft brewery in San Diego, California. Brothers Joseph and Leonhard Eppig established a brewing empire which excelled through the early 1900's and discreetly endured the trials and tribulations of Prohibition. 150 years after the first family brewery was established in Brooklyn, New York, Stephanie Eppig & her partners resurrected the Eppig brewing legacy.
