Join the Fredericksburg Poodles in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month at Tapa Rio Restaurant while supporting an important cause. We will be collecting items to benefit the LUCHA Ministries' Cinco Panes Program, which provides culturally appropriate food to vulnerable Latino immigrant families.
