DOINS at The Fort wants to take you on a unique journey, exploring and heightening your taste buds. Not only will food begin to taste better but conversations and interactions with your loved ones will become a brand new experience. Dining in the Dark is led by our friendly and attentive wait staff that will walk you through your entire evening. You will “feel” and “taste” your way through a four-course prix-fixe meal.

The Fort will offer two tasty options for our guests but keeping the menu a secret to test your taste buds! Dine in the Dark at The Fort- for memories and laughter to last a lifetime!

A cash bar will be available for alcoholic beverages including specialty cocktails, beer, and wine. Drink pairings and wine feature menu will be available. Please inquire with your server.

TICKET OPTIONS:

TIER ONE: This tier will provide a four course meal offering some of our lighter fairs. The Chefs will be rotating through delicious recipes of fish or poultry dishes. We pick the dish, you get the mystery experience! Ticket includes two appetizers, salad, homemade breads, entree, and dessert. $75

VEGETARIANS & VEGAN'S are part of Teir One. You must email banquets@thefort.com with your dietary requests, name, and name on ticket purchase.

TIER TWO: Our second tier is for any diner that is Game for Game meat (Carnivores only)! If you have any dietary restrictions please contact us at banquets@thefort.com. Tier two will two appetizers, salad, homemade breads, entrée, dessert. $95
