Cathi Fallon of The Etiquette Institute of Ohio will guide your child through basic dining skills, making a great first impression, napkin dos and don’ts, eating difficult foods, using utensils, table conversation and polite dining. Our host is Kamal Boulos owner of The Refectory. Voted best fine dining restaurant in 2023 by Columbus Underground. For nearly 50 years, The Refectory has been an institution in northwest Columbus, drawing diners from all over the region to partake in classic French cuisine and a wine collection that is world-class. The menu is crafted daily by Chef Richard Blondin, who has been at the helm for over three decades.
