For this demonstration, you will learn how to make Ricotta Gnocchi. John will take you through the recipe, steps and process to prepare gnocchi made from ricotta & flour. Angela will prepare the final product...gnocchi with Italian sausage & peppers in a light cream sauce.

Join in the fun -- this is an interactive demonstration with the opportunity to help if you would like to!
