Mark your calendars and raise a glass to an evening of pure delight! On Thursday, September 19th, Carboy Winery Palisade invites you to join us for an unforgettable wine affair: Vin '59 Vertical Release Wine Dinner!

Prepare your taste buds for a culinary adventure with five delectable courses prepared by Carboy Winery's Executive Chef, Scott Hybbeneth. Perfectly paired with both unreleased and library vintages of Carboy's best wines out of the Grand Valley, guests will experience our Flagship red blends and celebrate the history of Colorado wine like never before.

We are thrilled to be showcasing the 2018, 2020, and 2022 vintages of Carboy's flagship red wine, Vin '59, along with our 13.5 red blend, as well as a pour of sparkling to start things off, and a sip of our not-yet-released Concordia white blend with dessert.

Date and Time: September 19th at 6:00 PM, with the first course at 6:15 PM. The Winery will be closed from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Ticket Price: The price is $165 per person, including gratuity.
