Join us for our first ever winemaker dinner to celebrate a true Mexican holiday!
Meet Wine maker Luies Gallegos in the vineyard while savoring a selection of wines by Surcos Wines, perfectly paired with authentic Oaxacan mole dinner and a traditional Dia de los Muertos dessert, all while taking in the stunning sunset over Sonoma Valley.
This event is meant for everyone that enjoys wine and loves authentic Mexican cuisine. The mole will be made by Violeta Espinoza. Her mole is made with more than 36 ingredients, and she will be making handmade tortillas. Violeta will also be making a Dia De los Muertos tradicional Dulce Calabaza for desert.
