This experience is priced at $325 per person and includes our Sushi by Scratch Restaurants 17-course tasting menu and an exclusive lineup of Dewazakura Brewery sake.

Your $50 per person ticket deposit will be applied to your bill upon dining. A 20% Service Charge will be applied to all checks. An option to purchase exclusive bottles will be available.
All deposits are final and non-refundable.
Reservations can be transferred to another guest or a different date, but the request must be received at least 24 hours in advance.
Because of the small nature of the restaurant, we charge +$275 per person for all reservation changes made less than 24 hours in advance.
