Nowadays, cheese tea – and other foods Jessie grew up eating like popcorn chicken – are trending in shops all over New York City.
Join Jessie for a culinary journey that travels from the Night Markets of Taipei to Midtown Manhattan in search of the viral foods that have traversed oceans and time. Jessie will lead a cooking demonstration and guests will have the chance to taste several iconic Taiwanese Night Market dishes, all washed down with Taiwanese craft beer from Ugly Half Beer.
