It’s our most popular event of the year! Join Dashe Cellars for our 14th Paella Fiesta on November 9th, 2024.

Enjoy incredible food, while you taste a great selection of the wines we create here at Dashe Cellars. From Grenache to Todd Brothers Zinfandel, we’ll be opening all our current releases to share with our friends. As a special treat, we’ll hand-select two of our best barrels for special barrel tastings, so you’ll have a sneak peek at future wines! Pick your favorite wine to pair alongside Gerard Nebesky’s famous paella, and don’t miss out on the Spanish guitar and fabulous live Flamenco dancers.

ENTERTAINMENT: Live Flamenco Music and Dance Performances by Flamenco Viñedo

FOOD: Master Chef Gerard Nebesky's Giant Pans of Delicious Paella
