Millville- Six days and nights of family fun are returning to the Cumberland County Fairgrounds at 3001 Carmel Road. After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cumberland County Fair returns to welcome all families from Tuesday July 5 through Saturday, July 9th.
The Cumberland County Cooperative Fair Board Association, headed up by Fair Board President, Donald Schultz, Vice-president Bruce Porter, Treasurer Karen La Valle and Secretary Denise Dayoc, 4-H Liaison Cyndy Hetzell promises the Fair is back and will have something for everyone. The County Fair is one of the highlights of the summer and brings thousands of families from throughout the state and county. The Cumberland County Fair is the oldest running county fair in the state of New Jersey. Fair goers will enjoy amusement rides, games, fireworks, and Demolition Derby in the grandstand. Other favorites activities returning are Little Miss & Mister Cumberland County Fair Pageant, Home Arts Displays, Rolling Entertainment, Pie Eating contest, DJ “Crazy Bob” Livestock Exhibits, Summer Craft Fair, Home Show & give a-ways, 4-H BBQ Platters, Face Painter, Magician, Balloon Artist, Pony rides, 4-H Activities, Kid’s Free Craft Making, Festival of Food Trucks & Concessions, Ice Cream, Cotton Candy, Candy Apples, and much more.
Parking is free, General Admission is $5.00, kids 5 & under free. Grandstand admission for Derby only $10.00. Seniors 65 & older free, Military free with ID. Hours will be Tuesday, 5pm -11pm, Wednesday 1pm -11pm, Thursday & Friday, 4pm – 11pm and Saturday, 11am – Midnight. No alcoholic beverages or coolers permitted through the gates. This is a pet friendly fair. Cumberland County Cooperative Fair Association is a non-profit organization and is completely self-supporting. Cumberland County Fair runs rain or shine and offers no refunds of any kind for any reason.
