Instructor Julie Parisi leads this demonstration class as a continuation of the saucy series. This class will feature brand new recipes including Pasta alla Norma made with eggplant and basil, a Puttanesca sauce comprised of briny olives, anchovies, and capers, a sun-dried tomato pistachio pesto, and a creamy sauce of ricotta, zucchini, and fresh basil. Each sauce will be paired with a traditional pasta. Recipes will be provided and samples of each dish shared with attendees.

This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market.
