Meet the Experts

Laura Davenport is co-owner of Tulip Tree Creamery and a Certified Cheese Professional(R) by the American Cheese Society. Laura has been working in the cheese industry for over 20 years. As co-owner of Tulip Tree Creamery she’s responsible for the sales and marketing portion of the business which includes farmers markets, events and education (cheese making & cheese pairing classes). Tulip Tree Creamery is proud to source their milk locally within Indiana.

Brent Kumfer is co-owner and head vintner of The Rejoicing Vine Winery. Brent has been making wine for 10 years and recieved his wine education from the world-renowned University of California Davis. Brent also has a BS in Engineering and an MS in Innovation & Entreprenuership and worked in corporate innovation. Brent is courageously curious about creating a better world and is excited to be bringing that mindset to the wine industry.
