First Course- Port Échallot Short Rib paired with Schwarzbier

~Slow roasted short rib braised in port wine and shallots served with Birista onions, arugula, and Camembert cheese.

Second Course- Squash and Carrot Soup paired with India Brown Ale

~A warm and silky puree of roasted seasonal vegetables and herbs served with Pampushka- a delightful Ukranian roll encompassed with fresh dill and garlic.

Third Course- Sauerbraten paired with Marzen

~A chuck beef roast marinated in a rhapsodic combination of flavors including juniper, clove, and red wine served with Tourne roasted potatoes and parsnips.
