Raag Minneapolis proudly presents "Cooking Without Borders"—an exclusive chef collaboration series celebrating flavors, creativity, and community. Each event brings together top culinary talent from the Twin Cities and renowned guest chefs from across the country to curate one-of-a-kind, multi-course dining experiences. It's a fusion of techniques, cultures, and bold flavors designed to transport your taste buds beyond borders.
Meet The Chefs:
Chef Rosh, a Texas resident, MLB & traveling chef, has made appearances on several Food Network shows, including Chopped, Bobby Flay, Alex vs America, and Hell's Kitchen. She was nominated for James Beard & this marks her fourth visit to Raag in the past three years.
Chef Keith Sarasin - from Boston, a renowned expert in meat and grilling who discovered his passion for Indian cuisine and has studied it extensively. He currently operates the Aatma brand, serving Indian dishes nationwide, and is also a television chef, published cook book author, blogger, and documentarian.
Chef Romila - the executive chef at Raag, is one of the few women to hold an executive chef position in the cruise industry, led kitchens in dubai, qatar, trained at El Bulli and with Michelin-starred chefs like George Blanc. She possesses six master's degrees and 37 certifications.
