Meet the Chef:
Chef Brian Ingram: A Minneapolis culinary trailblazer and founder of Purpose Driven Restaurants. With over 30 years of experience, Chef Ingram has led award-winning concepts and even cooked alongside Bobby Flay. Known for his bold flavors and dedication to community, his exclusive menu at Raag will showcase his signature innovation and passion. He is the brain behind Hope Breakfast Bar, Salt And Flour, The Apostle Supper Club, The Gnome Craft Pub and more. Chef Brian spent some time in the Middle East and will bring flavors and spices from his time there to Raag.
Chef Romila - the executive chef at Raag, is one of the few women to hold an executive chef position in the cruise industry, led kitchens in dubai, qatar, trained at El Bulli and with Michelin-starred chefs like George Blanc. She possesses six master's degrees and 37 certifications.
Each event brings together top culinary talent from the Twin Cities and renowned guest chefs from across the country to curate one-of-a-kind, multi-course dining experiences. It's a fusion of techniques, cultures, and bold flavors designed to transport your taste buds beyond borders.
