Join Chef Ann in the kitchen to craft and enjoy two quintessential Lao snacks: Pork Egg Rolls and Nam Khao (crispy rice salad).
In this class, Chef Ann will lead a demonstration of the Pork Egg Rolls, dipping sauce, and Nam Khao, and then set participants free to roll 6 of their own egg rolls, which will be fried for each guest to enjoy as a snack.
Post cooking, guests will be invited to enjoy the snacks, which will be accompanied by dessert.
Beverages will be available for purchase.
