Chef Sara and Sommelier Sara have curated a unique cooking class highlighting these high end, sustainable extra virgin olive oils. Sourced from sustainable groves in Italy and Spain & bottled in small batches. This event is hands on & instructional and comes complete with a meal showcasing how to use finishing Olive oils in the best way. Somm Sara says "Just like wine, there's an olive varietal that pairs better with some food & not others" So, come learn, dine, taste and be a part of another unique experience from The Chef and I restaurant. $75 per person.
