Join Chef Ann in the kitchen to learn how to make one of the most versatile and quintessential categories of food in Asian cuisine: curry!
In this class, Chef Ann will teach you how to make two different types of curry: Green Chicken Curry and Shrimp Red Curry Stir-Fry. Chef Ann will demonstrate the ingredient preparation and cooking procedures, as well as speak to the versatility of curry and the endless combination of produce and protein that can be added.
Post class, Chef Ann will invite you to join in a meal of the dishes prepared, accompanied by dessert.
