Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience at Harford Vineyard with the talented Chef Alaina Pippitt! This hands-on cooking class includes a delicious four-course meal paired with wine or spirits to perfectly complement each dish.
Menu:
Gourmet Salad with local cheese from Daily Crisis Farms.
First Course: Homemade pizza with Vidal blanc, caramelized onions, prosciutto, and Gruyère cheese.
Second Course: Balsamic raspberry marinated, grilled chicken topped with goat cheese, sautéed kale, and drizzled with Paint the Town red wine reduction.
Dessert: Double chocolate chip biscotti served with vanilla ice cream and a coffee liqueur reduction.
