One of the standout offerings of the evening is the Boar Dolce Forte, a dish that captures the depth and richness of Italian cuisine, offering a robust flavor profile that is sure to impress. Each dish will be expertly complemented by a selection of wines curated by Matt Brady. The evening will feature a Pinot Noir from Raidan Vineyards, known for its elegance and ability to pair beautifully with the hearty boar dishes, as well as a delightful Santa Barbara County Syrah/Grenache blend that balances flavors and enhances the overall culinary offerings. 

To cap off this exquisite evening, guests will indulge in a special collaboration with Jessica Foster's Confectionary, featuring expertly paired chocolates and caramels that provide a sweet finale to the meal.
