Welcome to the Congdon Mansion District Wine Walking Tour!

Join us on a stroll through the historic Congdon neighborhood of Duluth, where you'll learn about the rich history and architecture of this charming area.

Our tour begins on the grounds of the Salyards Mansion, (2617 E 3rd St) at 5:30 PM. From there we will weave through the neighborhood exploring beautiful homes. Hear fascinating stories about the people who once lived here and were instrumental in building Duluth. Get an inside look inside 3 of these spectacular properties.

Mocktails will be enjoyed at The Salyards Mansion, wine and mocktails will be available at The Barnum Mansion and our tour will end at The Cotton Mansion with mocktails, wine, and charcuterie. Guests are invited to stay and relax for a while to enjoy The Cotton Mansion common areas and grounds following the tour.

Please bring identification for all guests participating in the wine aspect of the walking tour. Any guests prefering not to drink or any underage guests will have mocktails available.

The starting location (The Salyards Mansion) is located an approximate 5 minute walk from the ending location (The Cotton Mansion), please plan accordingly.

All wine must be consumed at The Barnum and Cotton Mansions.
