WELCOME ONE, WELCOME ALL! COME LEARN! This 100-level red wine class (did you take our Intro to Color Theory?) will have you feeling much more prepared than you did when rolling up to some of your 100-levels in college. In this class, we’ll be exploring the most wintry of reds, the wines you want to cozy up by the fire with, the bottles that stand up to a holiday dinner. Why do some red wines deserve a chill? What should you pair with that intense, lip-staining bottle you love? …What does “bold red” even mean? Come find out! Grapes are fun little characters… come meet some you really jive with. If you get a passing grade (and… no surprise, you will), check out some of our Color Theory classes coming up.
