In this intimate setting, you will have the opportunity to taste and discuss coffees in an ascending order of rarity and quality while being served by a private barista. Each course will be prepared by hand and presented alongside the coffee’s story with guided tasting notes.

Core

Corvus’s Core lineup features coffees sourced from year-over-year relationships which start at 86 points and go up from there. They are the foundation of our coffee menu and a testament to farmers dedicated to producing high quality coffee for everyone.

Exotic

Our Exotic lineup consists of unusually unique coffees boasting exotic varieties and innovative processes which speak to where coffee is heading. These coffees will stun you with their uniqueness, highlighting what coffee is capable of above what it is commonly known for.

Reserve

The Reserve line is the current pinnacle of quality available. These are coffees which score above 90 points – similar in quality to 98 point wines. They are an opportunity to experience unparalleled clarity and complexity of the most desirable tasting notes and attributes in coffee.

Tickets are $25 per person. Each service will feature one Core, one Exotic, and one Reserve coffee, each in 5 oz portions. Seats are limited to 4 people per service. Reservations are required.
