While we like to do the most behind the marble at The Violet Hour, we’re less inclined to work hard for our tipples at home and recognize that you might not either. Enter a class teaching delicious soul-warming cocktails easy to build when you just can’t be bothered. We’ll start as easy as “just add hot water” and go as hands-on as “spirit, sugar, spice, fruit.”

As in all of our classes, we’ll cover cocktail-making fundamentals, guiding participants through making (and enjoying) three cocktails – this hands-on class has something to offer both novices & professionals.

• Chartreuse Cocoa – Green Chartreuse, cheap cocoa mix, hot water
