For frothy, luscious, and beautifully textured cocktails, open the fridge and grab some eggs! In this hands-on class, we’re preparing Silver & Golden Sours as well as a whole-egg flip. Rest up, this one’s a bit of a workout.

After conducting a side-by-side tasting, we'll fashion three cocktails showcasing the special qualities of each expression. As in all of our classes, we cover cocktail-making fundamentals, guiding participants through making (and enjoying) three cocktails – this hands-on class has something to offer both novices & professionals.
