This workshop will feature a side-by-side tasting of four styles: high corn, high rye, wheated, cask strength and guide through how to build cocktails that celebrate the hard work and craftsmanship that goes into a prized American Spirit.

As in all of our classes, we cover cocktail-making fundamentals, guiding participants through making (and enjoying) three cocktails – this hands-on class has something to offer both novices & professionals.
